Certification or Registration Sample Clauses
Certification or Registration. Contractor agrees to maintain certification or registration related to services provided under this agreement. Court may request Contractor to submit proof of Contractor’s current certification or registration, payment of applicable fees, and all minimum education requirements have been met. Failure to maintain certification or registration (if applicable) as required will be deemed a material breach of this agreement.
Certification or Registration. A Bargaining Unit 10 employee may be provided up to eight (8) hours CTO upon successful completion of a certification or registration examination taken during off-duty hours. The certification or registration must be directly related to an employee's scientific specialty and assigned duties and be approved by the department head or designee.
