Interpretive Engineering Decisions. 36 3.9.1 Developer may apply in writing to ADOT for approvals of an 37 interpretive engineering decision concerning the meaning, scope, interpretation and 38 application of the Technical Provisions (an “Interpretive Engineering Decision”).
