Interruption; License to CFFT. If, prior to commercialization by Vertex of a Second Generation Corrector, Vertex has ceased development with respect to all Correctors (first generation and second generation), there shall be deemed to be an “Interruption.” In the event of an Interruption, the following license in favor of CFFT shall become effective:
