Common use of Interruption of Security Clause in Contracts

Interruption of Security. Tenant acknowledges that the above security provisions may be suspended or modified at Landlord's sole discretion or as a result of causes beyond the reasonable control of Landlord. No such interruption, discontinuance or modification of security service will constitute an eviction, constructive eviction, or a disturbance of Tenant's use and possession of the Premises, and further, no interruption, discontinuance or modification of security service will render Landlord liable to Tenant or third-parties for damages, abatement of Rent, or otherwise, or relieve Tenant of the responsibility of performing Tenant's obligations under this Lease.
