The methodology from the current Transportation Research Board (TRB) Highway Capacity Manual (HCM) will be used to perform the needed operational analyses. The following tasks are typical of an IAJR. 1. Data CollectionBase year and design year traffic volumes to be provided by the State  Crash data to be provided by the State (last 5 years)  Available historical traffic data to be provided by others (State)  Coordinationcoordination with South East Texas Regional Planning Commission, if needed, will be conducted by the State  Any available and previously approved IAJR within the study area to be provided by others (State) 2. Traffic Operational Analysis (previous task)

The Engineer shall gather geo-located crash data from the appropriate Agency (STATE’s xxxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxxx database) for the study area for the most current 5-year period. The information must be reviewed for completeness by the Engineer to assure all crashes relevant to the study area are accounted for and accurately represented in the database. Data must include characteristics such as crash type, severity, weather conditions, surface conditions, time of day, vehicle type, and driver condition. Utilizing the data collected, the Engineer shall conduct an existing safety analysis for the segments of I-35W, I-20, and State Highway 174 within the study area, including mainline, ramp merge/diverge areas, frontage roads and ramp terminals for the most recent 5-year period. A comparative safety analysis must be completed for one (1) preliminary proposed alternative and one (1) final proposed alternative using the HSM.

This data shall consist of traffic volume counts, corridor or study area historical count year data from permanent count stations, vehicle classification data and historical truck data.  The Engineer shall collect existing peak-hour traffic data and perform field observations on the project corridor. • The Engineer shall develop future traffic volumes utilizing the official travel demand model on available base, interim, No-Build and Build Networks. Model development shall provide measures of effectiveness deemed satisfactory for State operational analysis of the IAJR. • The Engineer shall perform model calibration to be completed with industry calibration techniques as accepted by the State. • The Engineer shall develop modelled alternatives on the base, No-Build, interim, and Build conditions. a. The Engineer shall develop the Build model using appropriate modeling software as approved by the STATE in coordination with the development of the ultimate final schematic. b.   • Customer Notification By executing this Agreement, the Advisor acknowledges that as required by the Advisers Act the Sub-Advisor has supplied to the Advisor and the Trust copies of the Sub-Advisor’s Form ADV with all exhibits and attachments (including the Sub-Advisor’s statement of financial condition) and will promptly supply to the Advisor copies of all amendments or restatements of such document. Otherwise, the Advisor’s rights under federal law allow termination of this contract without penalty within five business days after entering into this contract. U.S. law also requires the Sub-Advisor to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person or entity that opens an account.   • Third Party Verification 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project. 4.8.2 The third party may verify the construction works/operation of the Power Project being carried out by the SPD and if it is found that the construction works/operation of the Power Project is not as per the Prudent Utility Practices, it may seek clarifications from SPD or require the works to be stopped or to comply with the instructions of such third party.

  • MEASUREMENT AND VERIFICATION The goal of this task is to report the benefits resulting from this project by performing measurement and verification (M&V) of fossil fuel consumption and associated GHG reduction. • Enter into agreement with M&V subcontractor per Task 1.9 • Coordinate site visits with the M&V subcontractor at the demonstration site(s) • Develop M&V protocol for pre-installation measurements (and calculations): o Electric, natural gas and/or other fossil fuel consumption and GHG emissions (use appropriate emissions factor from Attachment 8 of the grant solicitation) of the equipment/process/system(s)/sub-system(s) that are to be upgraded and/or replaced and/or modified. o Ensure installation of sub-metering equipment and data loggers for pre/post data analysis. • Prepare and provide a detailed M&V Plan for each project demonstration site to include but not be limited to: o A description of the monitoring equipment and instrumentation which will be used. o A description of the key input parameters and output metrics which will be measured. o A description of the M&V protocol and analysis methods to be employed. o A description of the independent, third-party M&V services to be employed, if applicable. • Perform three months (or shorter period as approved in writing by the CAM) of pre- installation measurements (and calculations) based on the M&V protocol for pre- installation. • Prepare and provide a Pre-Installation M&V Findings Report for the demonstration site that includes M&V protocol, pre-install measurements (and calculations), analysis, and results performed in this task. • Develop M&V protocol for post-installation measurements (and calculations) of: o Electric, natural gas and/or other fossil fuel consumption and GHG emissions (use appropriate emissions factor from Attachment 8 of the grant solicitation) of the equipment/process/system(s)/sub-system(s) that will be upgraded and/or replaced and/or modified • Perform 12 months or two seasons, for seasonal facilities, (or shorter period as approved in writing by the CAM) of post-installation measurements based on M&V protocol for post-installation. • Provide a summary of post-installation M&V progress in Progress Report(s) (see subtask 1.5) which shall include but not be limited to:

  • E-Verification The Vendor represents and warrants that it will ensure its compliance with the Mississippi Employment Protection Act of 2008, and will register and participate in the status verification system for all newly hired employees. Mississippi Code Annotated §§71-11-1 et seq. The term “employee” as used herein means any person that is hired to perform work within the State of Mississippi. As used herein, “status verification system” means the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigration Responsibility Act of 1996 that is operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security, also known as the E-Verify Program, or any other successor electronic verification system replacing the E-Verify Program.   • Interconnection Customer Drawings Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of Initial Operation, unless the Interconnection Parties agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner final, “as-built” drawings, information and documents regarding the Customer Interconnection Facilities, including, as and to the extent applicable: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Customer Facility and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Customer Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Customer Facility to the step-up transformers and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Customer Facility. As applicable, the Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Customer Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications.
