Interstation Transfer. Section 1 - General A. Interstation transfer may be used by the Department but will not be used or threatened as a form of discipline or reprisal. B. An employee whose interstation transfer is directed for reasons related to his/her performance may request review of the action through the grievance procedure. C. Reimbursement for travel and transportation expenses incurred in an interstation transfer which is in the interest of the Government shall be provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
