Common use of Intervention in Litigation Clause in Contracts

Intervention in Litigation. In any judicial proceedings with respect to the Securities to which the Issuer is a party the Trustee may intervene on behalf of Holders and shall, subject to Section 6.2 of this Indenture, intervene if requested in writing by Holders owning not less than fifty percent (50%) in aggregate principal amount of Securities then Outstanding.
