INTERVENTIONS AND SANCTIONS. ASSURANCE REVIEW – The AGENCY shall provide to the BOARD the results of the Annual Department of Juvenile Justice Quality Assurance Review for the Facility and the Educational Component. Unsatisfactory findings shall result in the development of a corrective action plan to be submitted to the BOARD within (30) thirty days of the review. The Superintendent’s designee shall monitor the plan. The School Improvement Plan (SIP) should reflect identified deficiencies and plans to correct the deficiencies. Failure to comply with the corrections within (90) ninety days will be considered a default and can lead to termination of the Agreement.
