Interview Panel Process. The District agrees to revise its Human Resources Recruitment procedures to include a written Conflict of Interest form for interview panelists. The intent is to identify conflicts of interest that would preclude an individual from serving on a panel (e.g., a potential panelist who is, or has been, romantically involved with a candidate would be precluded from serving).
