IntraLATA and InterLATA Carrier Designation. CLSP includes the capability for selection of the interLATA and intraLATA Toll provider(s) on a 2-Primary Interexchange Carrier (PIC) basis. CLEC will designate the PIC assignment(s) on behalf of its End User Customers for interLATA and intraLATA Services. All CLEC initiated PIC changes will be in accordance with all Applicable Laws, rules and regulations. CenturyLink will not be liable for CLEC's improper PIC change requests.
