Common use of IntraMTA Traffic Clause in Contracts

IntraMTA Traffic. CMRS traffic originated by a Customer of one Party on that Party's network in an MTA and terminated to a Customer of the other Party on that Party's network in the same MTA in which the call originated. For purposes of determining originating and terminating points of a call under this Agreement, Emergency will use the Cell Site to which the Emergency Customer placing or receiving the call is connected at the beginning of the call.
