Common use of IntraMTA Traffic Clause in Contracts

IntraMTA Traffic. CMRS traffic originated by a Customer of one Party on that Party's network in an MTA and terminated to a Customer of the other Party on that Party's network in the same MTA in which the call originated. For purposes of determining originating and terminating points of a call under this Agreement, Emergency will use the Cell Site to which the Emergency Customer placing or receiving the call is connected at the beginning of the call.

IntraMTA Traffic. CMRS traffic originated by a Customer of one Party on that Party's network in an MTA and terminated to a Customer of the other Party on that Party's network in the same MTA in which the call originated. For purposes of determining originating and terminating points of a call under this Agreement, Emergency DISH will use the Cell Site to which the Emergency DISH Customer placing or receiving the call is connected at the beginning of the call.

IntraMTA Traffic. CMRS traffic originated by a Customer of one Party on that Party's network in an MTA and terminated to a Customer of the other Party on that Party's network in the same MTA in which the call originated. For purposes of determining originating and terminating points of a call under this Agreement, Emergency Halo will use the Cell Site to which the Emergency Halo Customer placing or receiving the call is connected at the beginning of the call.

For purposes of determining originating and terminating points of a call under this Agreement, Emergency EMW will use the Cell Site to which the Emergency EMW Customer placing or receiving the call is connected at the beginning of the call.

For purposes of determining originating and terminating points of a call under this Agreement, Emergency Alltel will use the Cell Site to which the Emergency Alltel Customer placing or receiving the call is connected at the beginning of the call.

CMRS traffic originated by a Customer of one Party on that Party's network in an MTA and terminated to a Customer of the other Party on that Party's network in the same MTA in which the call originated. For purposes of determining originating and terminating points of a call under this Agreement, Emergency Denali will use the Cell Site to which the Emergency Denali Customer placing or receiving the call is connected at the beginning of the call.

For purposes of determining originating and terminating points of a call under this Agreement, Emergency Xxxxxx will use the Cell Site to which the Emergency Alltel Customer placing or receiving the call is connected at the beginning of the call.
