Common use of Introducer Clause in Contracts

Introducer. 39.1. In cases where the Client is introduced to the Company through a third person such as a business introducer or associate network who performs marketing for the Company (both called “Introducer”), the Client acknowledges that the Company is not responsible or accountable for the conduct and/or representations of the Introducer and the Company is not bound by any separate agreements entered into between the Client and the Introducer. It is also made clear that the Introducers are not authorised to bind the Company in any way, to offer credit in the Company’s name, to offer guarantees against losses, to offer investment services or legal, investment or tax advice in the Company’s name. 39.2. The Client acknowledges and confirms that the Company may pay the Introducer with a fee. If such fees apply they will be disclosed to the Client according to Applicable Regulations.
