INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT. 1.1 This Agreement sets forth the terms, conditions and prices under which AMERITECH-ILLINOIS agrees to provide (a) services for resale (hereinafter referred to as Resale services), (b) unbundled Network Elements, (c) Ancillary Functions and (d) Interconnection to CLEC. This Agreement also sets forth the terms and conditions for the interconnection of CLEC's network to AMERITECH- ILLINOIS’ network and compensation for the transport and termination of telecommunications.
