Compensation of the Investment Manager 4.1 For the services to be rendered as provided herein, the Adviser shall pay to the Investment Manager for each month of the Fund’s fiscal year on the last day of each such month a fee based upon the average daily net assets of the Account, as determined pursuant to the Fund’s Registration Statement, at the following annual rate as a percentage of the Account's average daily net assets:
Compensation of the Investment Adviser Neither the Investment Adviser nor any affiliate of the Investment Adviser will act as principal or receive directly or indirectly any compensation in connection with the purchase or sale of investment securities by the Trust, other than the compensation provided for in this Section and such brokerage commissions as are permitted by the 1940 Act, it being contemplated that WPG will act as principal broker for the Trust in U.S. securities transactions.
Additional Financial Information (a) In addition to all other information required to be provided pursuant to this Article 6, the Borrower promptly shall provide the Agent (and any guarantor of the Liabilities), with such other and additional information concerning the Borrower, the Collateral, the operation of the Borrower’s business, and the Borrower’s financial condition, including original counterparts of financial reports and statements, as the Agent may from time to time reasonably request from the Borrower.

INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE, POLICIES AND RESTRICTIONS The Fund will provide the Sub-Adviser with the statement of investment objective, policies and restrictions applicable to the Series as contained in the Series' Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information, all amendments or supplements to the Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information, and any instructions adopted by the Board of Trustees supplemental thereto. The Fund agrees, on an ongoing basis, to notify the Sub-Adviser in writing of each change in the fundamental and non-fundamental investment policies of the Series and will provide the Sub-Adviser with such further information concerning the investment objective, policies, restrictions and such other information applicable thereto as the Sub-Adviser may from time to time reasonably request for performance of its obligations under this Agreement. The Fund retains the right, on written notice to the Sub-Adviser or the Adviser, to modify any such objective, policies or restrictions in accordance with applicable laws, at any time.

Contributions to Capital (a) The minimum initial contribution of each Member to the capital of the Company shall be $75,000, subject to the discretion of the Manager to accept initial investments in lesser amounts. The amount of the initial contribution of each Member shall be recorded on the books and records of the Company upon acceptance as a contribution to the capital of the Company. The Directors shall not be entitled to make voluntary contributions of capital to the Company as Directors of the Company, but may make voluntary contributions to the capital of the Company as Members.
