Common use of Intrum Justitia Litigation Clause in Contracts

Intrum Justitia Litigation. 14.1 The Purchaser shall act solely in accordance with the instructions of Vodafone (or a member of its Retained Group) with respect to the conduct of the Intrum Justitia Litigation and instruct such solicitors or other professional advisors as Vodafone may reasonably nominate to act solely in accordance with Vodafone’s instructions and on terms that Vodafone is responsible for (and shall directly settle) all costs and expenses incurred by any such solicitors or professional advisers in respect of such instructions.
