Inuit Use of and Access to NWAs and MBSs. 5.2.1 As set forth in Article 5 and subject to section 5.7.18 of the NLCA, Inuit have a free and unrestricted right of access for the purpose of harvesting to all lands, waters and marine areas within NWAs and MBSs.
