Common use of – Invalidation and Interpretation Clause in Contracts

– Invalidation and Interpretation. If any court or federal or state law should invalidate any part of this Agreement, such decision or law shall not invalidate the entire Agreement. If any part of this Agreement becomes invalid, the parties will meet and confer in an effort to cure the invalid provision. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to require either party of this Agreement to act in violation of any State or Federal law.
