Invalidity of Agreements Sample Clauses

Invalidity of Agreements. (i) Any of the Security Documents or the Support Agreement shall cease, for any reason, to be in full force and effect, or the Borrower or any other Loan Party that is a party to any of the Security Documents or the Support Agreement shall deny the validity thereof, or (ii) the Lien created by any of the Security Documents shall cease to be enforceable and of the same effect and priority purported to be created thereby.
