Common use of Invalidity of Particular Provision Clause in Contracts

Invalidity of Particular Provision. If any provision of this Agreement or any part of any provision (in this section called the "Offending Provision") is declared or becomes unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason whatsoever including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, a decision by any competent courts, legislation, statutes, bylaws or regulations or any other requirements having the force of law, then the remainder of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect as if this Agreement had been executed without the Offending Provision.

If any provision of this Agreement Contract or any part of any provision (in this section called the "“Offending Provision"”) is declared or becomes unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason whatsoever including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, a decision by any competent courts, legislation, statutes, bylaws or regulations or any other requirements having the force of law, then the remainder of this Agreement Contract will remain in full force and effect as if this Agreement Contract had been executed without the Offending Provision.

If any provision of this Agreement or any part of any provision (in this section called the "“Offending Provision"”) is declared or becomes unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason whatsoever including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, a decision by any competent courts, legislation, statutes, bylaws or regulations or any other requirements having the force of law, then the remainder of this Agreement will shall remain in full force and effect as if this Agreement had been executed without the Offending Provision.

If any provision of this Agreement or any part of any provision (in this section called the "“Offending Provision"”) is declared or becomes unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason whatsoever including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, a decision by any competent courts, legislation, statutes, bylaws or regulations or any other requirements having the force of law, then the Offending Provision shall be severed from this Agreement and the remainder of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect as if this Agreement had been executed without the Offending Provision.

If any provision of this Agreement or any part of any provision (in this section called the "Offending Provision") is declared or becomes unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason whatsoever including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, a decision by any competent courts, legislation, statutes, bylaws or regulations or any other requirements having the force of law, then the Offending Provision shall be severed from this Agreement and the remainder of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect as if this Agreement had been executed without the Offending Provision.
