Invalidity of Particular Provision. The invalidity of any article, section, subsection, clause or provision of this Development Agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining articles, sections, subsections, clauses or provisions hereof which shall remain valid and be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
