Invalidity of Provisions. If any provision provisions of this Agreement is or becomes shall ------------------------ be determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein shall not be affected thereby.

Invalidity of Provisions. To the extent that any provision of this Agreement is unenforceable as stated, such provision shall not be affected therebyvoid but rather shall be modified to the extent required by applicable law to permit such provision to be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
