Common use of Invalidity; Waiver Clause in Contracts

Invalidity; Waiver. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision hereof will not affect any other provision, and all terms and conditions will be construed in all respects as if any such invalid or unenforceable provision(s) were omitted. The failure of either party to require the performance of any obligation will not affect its right to require such performance at any time thereafter. The waiver of any remedy with respect to any default will not be taken as a waiver of any remedy for any succeeding default.
