Invariability of the Clauses. (a) The Parties undertake not to modify the Clauses, except for adding information to the Annexes or updating information in them. Such add-on or update shall be made and accepted in writing with a notice period of no less than 30 days, except for change of sub-contractors (Clause 7.7) or other material issues, where the notice period shall be 2 months.
