Invasive Plant Control. The LESSEE shall take action to control the growth of nonnative plant species (as provided in subparagraph 2C.) LESSEE agrees that its use and occupancy of the Premises shall result in the land being managed and maintained in an environmentally acceptable manner and, to the extent reasonable and practicable, in such a way as to protect its current state and condition, and provide use of renewable resources.
