Subparagraph 4. A. of the LEASE IS hereby deleted and the following subparagraph substituted there for: SOUTH FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT AMENDMENT A.. In the event this LEASE is terminated by LESSOR with respect to only a portion of the Premises, then Rent shall accrue at the full amount through the effective date of such partial termination, and thereafter, commencing on the date after the effective date of such partial termination, the Rent shall be reduced by the pro-rated amount of Rent applicable to the acreage of that portion of the Premises no longer subject to this LEASE.   • Subparagraph (a) of this Paragraph 15 shall not preclude a party from assigning, charging or otherwise dealing with all or any part of its interest in any sum payable to it under Paragraph 11 hereof.
