Common use of Invention Defined Clause in Contracts

Invention Defined. As used herein "Invention" means inventions, discoveries, concepts, and ideas, whether patentable or copyrightable or not, including but not limited to processes, methods, formulas, techniques, materials, devices, designs, programs (including computer programs), computer graphics, apparatus, products, as well as improvements thereof or know-how related thereto, relating to any present or anticipated business or activities of Employer.

Invention Defined. Invention Defined. As used herein in this Section, the term "Invention" means all inventions, discoveries, conceptsimprovements, processes, developments, designs, know-how, data, computer programs and ideasformulae, designed or conceived by Executive during the Term of this Agreement which reasonably relate to the Company's business or result from duties Executive performs for Company, or result from use of any premises or property owned, leased, licensed or contracted for by Company, whether patentable or copyrightable unpatentable or not, including but not limited to processes, methods, formulas, techniques, materials, devices, designs, programs (including computer programs), computer graphics, apparatus, products, as well as improvements thereof protectable by copyright or know-how related thereto, relating to any present or anticipated business or activities of Employerother intellectual property law.
