Common use of INVENTORY CERTIFICATION Clause in Contracts

INVENTORY CERTIFICATION. Within twenty-five (25)days after the end of each month, an Inventory certification report as of the end of the preceding month for all Inventory locations, in form and content acceptable to the Lender.
