Inventory, Equipment and Real Estate. Each Borrower shall keep accurate and complete records of its Inventory, Equipment and Real Property, in all material respects, including costs and daily withdrawals and additions, and shall submit to the Administrative Agent Inventory, Equipment, Real Property and reconciliation reports at the time of delivery of each Borrowing Base Certificate.
