Common use of Inventory Locations Clause in Contracts

Inventory Locations. Annexed hereto as Schedule 7.15 is a list showing all places where Borrower maintains, or will maintain, Inventory with, in the aggregate, book value in excess of $50,000.00. Such list indicates whether the premises are owned or leased by Borrower or whether the premises are the premises of a warehouseman or other third party, and if owned by a third party, the name and address of such third party.
