Common use of Inventory Locations Clause in Contracts

Inventory Locations. Annexed hereto as Schedule 5.15 is a list showing all places where Borrower on the date hereof maintains Inventory. Such list indicates whether the premises are owned or leased by Borrower or whether the premises are the premises of a warehouseman or other third party, and if owned by a third party, the name and address of such third party.
