Inventory Treatment. 21.1.1. The Seller is obliged to maintain inventory of all Products featured on the Platform and update its true inventory through the Seller Center on a daily basis.

Inventory Treatment. 22.1.1. In the case the Seller opts to operate on Fulfilled by Kiddoz model, the Parties shall agree on the type and quantity of Products, which the Seller shall deliver to the Fulfilment Center located at the address notified by Kiddoz to the Seller through the Seller Center. If, for any reason, the Seller is unable to deliver the Product(s) to the Fulfilment Center, it may request Kiddoz to pick up the Product(s) from the Seller's premises or such other location as may be notified by the Seller for which Kiddoz may, at its discretion, charge a Fee and may adjust the amount of the Fee against any payments to be made to the Seller for the sale of any Product(s).
