(1) the grain is of the kind, type and quality customarily stored or handled in the geographic area;

(3) the grain is tendered in a manner consistent with the ordinary and usual course of the Warehouse Operator’s business.
B. The Warehouse Operator may enter into agreements with depositors or lawful owners to allocate available warehouse storage space.

(a) equally treat Customer who pays by using the Service on the Platform and shall not restrict any Customer from using any payment method made available by Opn Payments on the Platform;
(b) not set minimum or maximum Transaction Amount or not reject any payment unless the merchant deems that transaction to be suspicious unless otherwise set by Opn Payments or in accordance with Opn Payments’s guideline.
(c) not divide a Transaction Amount into two or more payment transactions to avoid any confusion, Dispute, or reverse payment which may be raised or inquired by the Customer.
