As of the date of completion of the registration of the change of registration, the Company does not have any other subsidiaries, partnerships, branches or offices in Chinese mainland, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macau Special Administrative Region, Taiwan or overseas, and does not directly or indirectly hold shares or have similar interests in any other entity.
