Common use of Investigation and Due Process Clause in Contracts

Investigation and Due Process. Within a thirty (30) day period of time of the mailing of the charge, a hearing will be scheduled. The hearing date shall not exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the mailing of the charges. All parties will be notified of such date, time and place by mail.
