Investigation; Economic Risk. Each Purchaser acknowledges that it has had an opportunity to discuss the business, affairs and current prospects of the Company with its officers. Each Purchaser further acknowledges having had access to information about the Company that it has requested. Each Purchaser acknowledges that it is able to fend for itself in the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and has the ability to bear the economic risks of its investment pursuant to this Agreement. Each Purchaser further acknowledges that it has obtained its own attorneys, business advisors and tax advisors as to legal, business and tax advice (or has decided not to obtain such advice) and has not relied on the Company for such advice.
