Common use of Investigation; Economic Risk Clause in Contracts

Investigation; Economic Risk. Purchaser acknowledges that it has had an opportunity to discuss the business, affairs and current prospects of the Company with its officers. Purchaser further acknowledges having had access to information about the Company that it has requested. Purchaser acknowledges that it is able to fend for itself in the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and has the ability to bear the economic risks of its investment pursuant to this Agreement.
