Investigation; Economic Risk. Cryogen acknowledges it has had an opportunity to discuss the business, affairs and current prospects of the Company with its officers; Cryogen acknowledges having had access to information about the Company that it has requested; and Cryogen acknowledges that it is able to fend for itself in the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and has the ability to bear the economic risks of its investment pursuant to this Agreement.
