When an employee is questioned in conjunction with an administrative investigation, the Agency, or their representative, will inform the employee of his/her right to Union representation (Xxxxxxxxxx Rights) IAW 5 USC§ 7114(a)(2)(B), prior to initiating any line of questioning.
