Investigation of Business and Examination of Documents. During the Interim Period, the Vendor will provide access to and will permit the Purchaser, through its representatives, to make such investigation of, the operations, properties, assets and records of the Business and of its financial and legal condition as the Purchaser deems necessary or advisable to familiarize itself with such operations, properties, assets, records and other matters relating to the Purchased Assets. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, during the Interim Period the Vendor will permit the Purchaser and its representatives to have access to the premises used in connection with the Business and will produce for inspection and provide copies to the Purchaser of:
