Investigation of Business and Examination of Documents. During the Interim Period, the Vendor will provide access to and will permit the Purchaser, through its representatives, to make such investigation of, the operations, properties, assets and records of the Business and of its financial and legal condition as the Purchaser deems necessary or advisable to familiarize itself with such operations, properties, assets, records and other matters relating to the Purchased Assets.
