Common use of Investigations and Licenses Clause in Contracts

Investigations and Licenses. (a) The Orthodontic Entity and Xx. Xxxxxxxxxx have all necessary licenses to practice orthodontics in the State. (b) Neither the Orthodontic Entity nor Xx. Xxxxxxxxxx is subject to any investigation, whether threatened, current or pending, under which the Orthodontic Entity or Xx. Xxxxxxxxxx may be required to forfeit or suffer the revocation, suspension or limitation of Xx. Xxxxxxxxxx'x or the Orthodontic Entity's license to practice orthodontics and neither the Orthodontic Entity nor Xx. Xxxxxxxxxx is subject to any investigation, whether threatened, current or pending by a commercial third-party payor.
