Common use of Investing Cash Collateral Clause in Contracts

Investing Cash Collateral. Lending Agent shall invest cash Collateral received from the Approved Borrowers only in investments that are consistent with the investment objectives, principal investment strategies and investment policies of the Participating Fund whose securities are loaned pursuant to this Agreement and have been evaluated and approved by Adviser.
