Common use of Investment and Deposit of Funds Clause in Contracts

Investment and Deposit of Funds. (a) The Trustee shall keep all money held by it, as continuously as reasonably possible, invested and reinvested in Qualified Investments maturing at the times and in the amounts specified below for the Fund or Account to which it pertains, all as instructed in writing by a Borrower Representative. In determining the appropriate Qualified Investments, the Borrower Representative, with a copy to the Authority of any written directions given to the Trustee, shall review and comply with the following investment restrictions with respect to each Fund:
