Common use of Investment Canada Act Filings Clause in Contracts

Investment Canada Act Filings. The Purchaser agrees to prepare and file with the ICA Minister, as soon as reasonably practicable after the date of this Agreement, an application for review under the Investment Canada Act in connection with the Acquisition, and Allied Parent and the Vendors agree to cooperate fully with the Purchaser in connection with such application and to provide such information and make such of their officers and directors available on a reasonable basis in connection therewith as the Purchaser may request, acting reasonably.
