Investment Contract. The Shareholders confirm their interest in participating in the Acceleration Program and acknowledge that, if their Team is selected, they must sign the binding contract that will govern the 30,000 Euro investment in the Target Company by B4i, which will be negotiated based on the essential terms and conditions as set out in Annex A (“Investment Contract”). Within 7 working days of receiving notification of admission to the Acceleration Program from B4i, the Shareholders and Target Company will send the signed Investment Contract to Bocconi.

Investment Contract. KR 1875 having received a certificate of the results of the partial implementation of the investment project (in Russian: акт о результатах частичной реализации инвестиционного проекта) pursuant to the Investment Contract confirming that the share of KR 1875 under the Investment Contract is equal to 100% of the multifunctional complex as envisaged and referred to in clause 2.2 and clause 3.1 of the Investment Contract.

Investment Contract. All disputes concerning the Contract or the execution of this Contract shall be settled through friendly discussion. If the parties cannot resolve the disputes through friendly discussion, any party may submit the disputes to Singapore International Arbitration Centre according to its Arbitration Rules. The arbitration proceedings are in English and Chinese. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the Chinese laws. The arbitration fee should be absorbed by the failing party. The decision shall be final and binding upon all parties. Where a dispute arises and is being settled through arbitration, the remaining provisions not in dispute shall still govern and the parties shall continue to perform their respective obligations.
