Common use of Investment Earnings Clause in Contracts

Investment Earnings. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 5.03(b) of the Basic Servicing Agreement, investment earnings on funds on deposit in the 2021-B Bank Accounts shall constitute 2021-B Available Collections and, on or before each Payment Date, the Indenture Trustee shall deposit such investment earnings, net of any applicable investment losses and expenses, into the 2021-B Exchange Note Collection Account.

Investment Earnings. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 5.03(b) of the Basic Servicing Agreement, investment earnings on funds on deposit in the 20212020-B A Bank Accounts shall constitute 20212020-B A Available Collections and, on or before each Payment Date, the Indenture Trustee shall deposit such investment earnings, net of any applicable investment losses and expenses, into the 20212020-B A Exchange Note Collection Account.
