In such circumstances, the fund will be included on the list of related and connected issuers maintained by FMGL and will be noted with “Administrator” if a Friedberg Entity provides administrative management and “Advisor” if a Friedberg Entity provides portfolio management. • Ownership of Equity. There is Friedberg Professional Group ownership of equity securities constituting more than 5% of the subject class but the issuer is not a related issuer of FMGL. In such circumstances, the issuer will be included on the list of related and connected issuers maintained by FMGL and will be noted with “Equity”.
