Common use of Investment Losses Clause in Contracts

Investment Losses. The Investment Manager shall charge any loss realized from the investment or reinvestment of moneys to the credit of the Income Subaccount and the Principal Subaccount of a Locality as follows: A. losses on moneys to the credit of the Principal Subaccount shall be charged thereto; and B. losses on moneys to the credit of the Income Subaccount shall be charged first to the Principal Subaccount and then to the Income Subaccount.
