Common use of Investment of Amounts in Series Accounts Clause in Contracts

Investment of Amounts in Series Accounts. Collections deposited into the Series Accounts for the Series 2023-1 Ownership Interest that are invested shall be invested by the Custodian, upon the direction of the Servicer, in Eligible Investments or, in the case of the Accumulations Account, in accordance with the terms of the Series 2023-1 Supplement (including Section 4.1 thereof), provided that such Eligible Investments will be available at the close of business on or before the Business Day next preceding the date on which payment of such funds from such Series Accounts or the Collection Account is scheduled to be made in respect of the Series 2023-1 Ownership Interest .

Collections deposited into the Series Accounts for the Series 20232024-1 Ownership Interest that are invested shall be invested by the Custodian, upon the direction of the Servicer, in Eligible Investments or, in the case of the Accumulations Account, in accordance with the terms of the Series 20232024-1 Supplement (including Section 4.1 thereof), provided that such Eligible Investments will be available at the close of business on or before the Business Day next preceding the date on which payment of such funds from such Series Accounts or the Collection Account is scheduled to be made in respect of the Series 20232024-1 Ownership Interest Interest.
