Common use of Investment of Custodial Account Clause in Contracts

Investment of Custodial Account. The Custodian, as Custodian of the Custodial Account assets entrusted to it under the Plan, shall not commingle the Trust with any other property it holds except in a common trust fund or common investment fund. Subject to the rules imposed by the Custodian, and in accordance with the investment or other directions given by the Participant or the Participant’s authorized agent, the Custodian is authorized and empowered, but not by way of limitation, with the following powers, rights and duties:
