Investment of Deposit in Eligible Investments. Any portion of the Deposit or any Increase that is not invested in Collateral Obligations at 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on any Business Day during the Reinvestment Period shall, on the next succeeding Business Day or as soon as practicable thereafter, be invested in Eligible Investments as directed by the Collateral Manager in writing (which may be in the form of standing instructions).
